High Level of Amylase

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have been facing severe back pain on one side along with the abdominal pain sometimes as well. I recently had my Amylase tested and it is found to be 183 U/L (Serum test) which is more than the permissible limit. Please suggest whether the Hyperamylasemia could the reason for the pain and if yes, suggest the required follow up
