High B12, knee back pain
I have knee pain Recent test results shows B12 as 1923 pg/ml which is extremely high Hemoglobin 14.6 RBC count 5.1 RDW CV 14.7 Cholesterol total 227 Cholesterol HDL 55.2 Non HDL 171.8 VLDL 33.1 HDL Ratio 4.1 Spot Microalbumin 10 Vitamin D3 D3 24.56 Feel sometimes dizzy And severe headache Will appreciate your advice Thanks Mohnani

B 12 levels don't worry Vit d levels low Preferable to start on a statin for cholesterol Get your bp checked

Do not worry about vit B12... Start calcirol sachet 60k once in a week for 6 weeks with 1 glass of milk..

Hello there.  I can understand your concern. You need not worry about vitamin b12. Just dont take any supplement of b complex vitamins. For vitamin d3 you definitely need to take tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks.  Inj.  Uprise d3 6L once a week for 4 weeks.  For cholesterol you definitely need medications and diet management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
