Last year I did extreme dieting so I got dizziness all the time. I got my
Vitamin B12 levels checked and I got value 334.The range was from 180 to 930.
This year I started feeling dizziness,confusion,feels like pain in brain,low feeling, heaviness in brain all the time.Because I had anxiety and insomnia I thought it was due to that went to therapist and she told me to get checked my Vitamin B12 again.
The lab reports are 292 and the range is 222-1450. And
Calcium report is 8.9.The value is 8.5to 10.3.
Could you tell me is this a low value ? And what should I do.this Heaviness is hampering my brain health .
Also should I start taking Omega 3- fatty acid capsules for daily ? To take care of my brain health.
Also I started therapy to deal with anxiety, overthinking,maladaptive daydreaming.
I am trying to overcome it in every possible way...
I feel weakness especially in brain and sometimes whole body all the time ?
Could you tell me Vegetarian sources of Vitamin B12 so I can intake.
