Description of your symptoms -low back pain radiating to the leg- points towards lumbar disc prolapse.
Weakness foot and numbness/tingling sensation indicates disc prolapse at L5-S1 level.
Any weakness in foot or big toe plus altered sensation around anal region warrants immediate neurosurgical /orthopaedic consultation and examination and urgent MRI study
