Hi, I'm 22 years old male and my haemoglobin count is 18.5 My RBC count is 5.95 and also my PCV is 52. I have a good diet which includes oats, seeds, vegetables, chicken and home made Staples. I am really worried about my high counts. What can be the reason and what should be the next steps?
