My brother got high fever from last 3 days. The fever use to get low when PARACETAMOL 650mg is given,but reforms after couple of hours. The body temperature is always above 100 degree. From last night he suffering from desentry. He lost his appetite n has mild joint pain... Please give me remedies over this.

hello your brother might need hospital admission. please consult a physician if his diarrhoea is not reducing. he might need blood tests as well.
