  4. High fever with headache. No recovery.

High fever with headache.
High fever since yesterday along with Headache Dryness of tongue but No cough or cold. Also having weakness n paining legs  Please help. Taken 2 paracetamol since morning but no recovery.

High grade fever can occur in various conditions most commonly malaria, dengue, typhoid or simple viral fever. Do you have any loose motion,decreqsed urine output. Get the relevant blood invsstigations done and visit a physician. Paracetamol can be taken 3-4 times a day. Drink lots of hot liquids. Furthur treatment shall be decided after investigations
