High fever with chills and frequent loos

Asked for Male, 40 Years

I got high fever on Sunday night and it reached 105 yesterday. It's coupled with sever loose motions. While with paracetamol the fever is around 101 today, loose motions have hardly subsided. I am taking vizylac and paracetamol. I do not have any cramps or stomach pains. Do I need to take lomotil to stop loose motions?

No please don’t take lomotil Use electoral about 50- 100 ml as many times as you go for motions If you started loose motions after taking food may stale or unhygienic then you can start tab Norflox TZ twice a day for at least three to five days
