High fever, weakness and headache
She has been feeling dizzy and uneasy for last 24 hours. She has taken a paracetamol in the morning while having while bread and jam. That didn't help. Please help us.

Why paracetamol is the patient febrile? If dizziness and uneasiness are the only issue try giving fruit juice and tender coconut.
