High fever vomating

Asked for Female, 23 Years

She has high fever and vomits what ever she takes in. Shivering and body pains are there, we consult a doctor here but no use, she has the same issue. Frequent fever and vomiting is persisting .

Hi there..I can understand your concern. Looks like you are suffering from acute gastroenteritis. In this condition it is important to keep yourself well hydrated( take plenty of fluids like water, coconut water, ORS solution) and take only home food(more of curd rice)...Fever may be due to urinary tract infection, respiratory tract infection, gastroenteritis, malaria, typhoid, dengue, tuberculosis, viral infection etc...so detalied examination and evaluation is necessary... Take over the counter paracetamol 650 mg thrice daily and do tepid sponging...Consult nearest physician they will do the needful.
