My nephew had high fever since 3 days Blood test results shows viral infection (typhoid) Above described medicines were given to him but it does not affect correctly Please recommend your advices.

Typhoid is bacterial infection, not a viral infection.In Typhoid infection fever will reduce in 4-5 days after start of treatment. Cefixime is drug of choice.
