High Fever throat infection cold
Hello doc, my 5.6-year-old son is having high fever with pain in neck,legs, hands and back side of head for the last 24 hours. I visited Dr. Naresh Bhatia on October 14 for throat infection. He gave Samyak Solvolin and Levolin. I also gave him Mebex for deworming. Gave him Calpol 250 mg (5 ml) last night and also in the morning. Kindly suggest some medicines. Thank u.

Given the symptoms you have mentioned it might be a good idea to get blood tests done - CBC and Dengue Rapid Test. But since this question is 3 days prior to me answering it I hope things have resolved spontaneously or you have visited your doctor again.
Next Steps
Visit the doctor again and may need blood test to check for dengue ( Specially this time of the year )
