High fever since 2 days (100.5 to 104)
High fever with moderate chill and hedache (range 100.5 to 104) since 2 days. Had dolo 650 (3 times/day) but no use. Fever raises after 4-5 hrs of dolo intake. Cold (slightly running nose and very mild caugh). Levo cit helped a bit. No throat pain as of today. Apetite is good. No vomitings and motions.

Tab. Montair-lc twice a day after food for 3 days.
As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days.
