High Fever
My son having high fever every month without any reason. But no other symptoms like cough cold etc. Temperature raise 103° n 104° but after 4 daya its start reduce n them clear it all. Only meftal p and crocin medicine works...all test done just wbc, crp level increases n in sonography lymph nodes large shows in abdominal. But still we didn't get right Diagnosis. From one year no weight loss no weight gain. Plz help

If child is getting high grade fever, needs to be evaluated properly.. Needs to meet a pediatrician in person.. Needs entire set of investigations to find out cause of fever, which paediatrician will advice

Could be viral infection. Consult a nearby paediatrician and get him thoroughly examined and evaluated.
