High fever

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I am suffering from high fever (103F) since yesterday. I was okay till yesterday noon and suddenly fever picked up. Fever with headache, bodyache, slight sore throat. My digestive system was not regular since last few days (constipation) and I have slight irritation in bowel now. Taking paracetamol to reduce fever,but temp goes up after a few hours
