  4. High Fever. I get admitted to hospital?

Hi Doctor, I am suffering from high fever 103 to 100 from last 3  days My platelets decreased to 95000 is it a sign of dengue? (found negative of malaria) Should I get admitted to hospital? or my platelets will increase with time.
