  4. High fever and pain in eyes. To me.

High fever and pain in eyes
From past 3 days i am having fever fluctuating from 100 to 103.8. Also while eating anything food or liquid i am having pain in between chest and stomach. Thus got blood tested and got this. TLC: 3.58 , SGOT: 6681.4 , SGPT: 5911.3 Malaria: Negative Therefore can anyone let me know what happened to me.
