High Diabetes
My Mother is having diabetes for prolong time her Sugar Level doesn't be normal.
Recently the doctor which she is was consulting suggested to take Janumet 50/1000 once in a day and Gemer Ds 3 thrice in a day
because of which she has complete loss of appetite she does not like having food at all because of which she always get unconscious and feeling nausea.
Even after taking such high doses her Sugar Level at fasting is 238 PP 386.
Please suggest whether these medicine should be continued.

The doses of the oral medicines need to be reduced at the earliest. Also, its in her best interest that she be started on insulin injections to bring down the sugar levels to a better control.
