Aztolet is a combination medicine .As your cholesterol and triglycerides are high you need to take medicine and it is safe .Check your liver enzymes levels as well when you repeat the lipid profile.Diet, life style management and exercising regularly is part of management of lipid disorders .
Once you manage to get the levels normal ,you may be able to maintain it without medication.
