Well green leafy vegetables, roughage, salad, fibers these are all brilliant. Spinach works well too. Remove trans fats completely whereas reduce saturated fats. Omega 3 is good. Exercises help to convert bad cholesterol into good one Then you've to quit smoking if you do that....
