High bp and health issues
For night dose so 50mg then pressure was 140.90  and 130.90 for a few months and the said my pressure can't go below 130.90 can ual explain that then I changed the morning dose of telmisartan and hydrochloric acid as the brand was telma h which was 600 rs for 30 tabs switched to mankind telmikind h and also mankind was the tab I was taking earlier when I changed in Jan 2024 and it ok 140.90 some day when I walked and  was not controlling pressue so now also if I didn't walk pressure was 170.100 once then to see improvement I was to change to another company in this level but  a friend of mine who Worked in a reputed company suggested I try Genric of it work good otherwise stop. I tried Telmizen h and it was feeling OK but then I increased  my walks from 23 mins to 33 but still with the doctor the pressure was up and in heat was not controlling pressure well to the extent 1 day when Went for routine check up I tried the 478 breathing technique as I wanted my reading to be good at the .
