High Blood Pressure at night
Between 1:30 to 2 at night my BP increases, sometime it increases anytime and i feel restlessness and uneasyness. I had cardio related test ecchi stress echo ecg tradmeal and some bitamin test but those were normal last year. My weight is around 98kg and hight 5.9. I have gastric issue too i am trying to loose weight. Please advice what kind of doctor should i visit. I had high tryglyceride and bad cholestrol

Do you have excess snoring at night and day time drowsiness? If so you could have OSA or obstructive sleep apnea. If not, lowering your weight will help. That s the hard part. But determination you can. If you have a dog, take it for a walk an hour a day, eat less, avoid sugar and oily food.
