High Blood work with Left side pain
I have a AST(SGOT) of 44 and A ALT (SGPT) of 83 along with RBC of 5.35 and Hematocrit of 47.6. I have left upper side pain and headaches. Other than that I don't have any other issues.

The reports are suggestive of liver damage and your hematocrit is low which could be due to polycythemia or dehydration. The pain that is felt over the upper left side of the abdomen could be due to the increase in size of the liver or gastritis which could also be giving you a headache. You will require liver protectants to normalise the levels of your liver function, improve your water intake(aim to drink 3 liters of water per day), you may also require an antacid. I would advise you to meet a gastroenetrologist so that you can be examined and so that your investigation can be correlated with you physically.
