High Blood pressure
Yesterday i went to a gynaec for first time check up of pregnancy..since i tested positive four days back..she checked thrice..but my bp was high althrough..it was around 140/100
please suggest necessary steps to lower this

Adequate hydration ..relax ..sleep well .. take fruits .. reduce salt in diet .. check with ur gynaecologist for medications as she's the one following u up .. all the best for the growing kiddo ..:)
