I get anxious and my heart beat becomes very fast during BP check. It shows 160/85 . Why low is 85 and high is 160? Is it due to anxiety and high heart rate during the test? Can it be possible to bp to go so high due to this problem? Plz help thank you

There is a chance that your BP may be high only during the test. This is called "White Coat Hypertension". But to confirm that you BP is not always high there is a test called 24 hrs BP monitoring.
Next Steps
1) 24 hrs BP monitoring. 2) If this is not possible and 3 recordings of your BP on different occasions are found to be high, it is better to start tablets. 3) Also check your thyroid levels.
