High blood pressure
Hello, I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure of 180/100 two months ago. Now after 2 months I rechecked it, it's now 160/90..is it possible to reduce or stop bp medicines by diet, exercise and medications. If yes how much time will it take Thank you

This blood pressure is very high. You will have to continue medicine. No stopping. Target blood pressure below 130/90.

Your BP is above stage 2. You will need medicines for that. It's a hereditary problem and there is no cure for it. Please do not stop medicines. Lifestyle modifications may bring down BP meds doses but won't be able to stop them
