I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure of 180/100 two months ago. Now after 2 months I rechecked it, it's now 160/90..is it possible to reduce or stop bp medicines by diet, exercise and medications. If yes how much time will it take

Your BP is above stage 2. You will need medicines for that. It's a hereditary problem and there is no cure for it. Please do not stop medicines. Lifestyle modifications may bring down BP meds doses but won't be able to stop them
