chronic use can affect kidney , not liver.. but anyhow stop taking it regularly... ast levels 2 times above the normal levels can be a problem.. otherwise no issue . if u have fatty liver grade 2 .then kindly consult for further treatment.

Aceclofenac is more likely to show derangement of your kidney function test that liver enzymes. Either which ways it is better to stop taking aceclofenac for the time being and get your increase in liver enzymes evaluated.

Elevated AST (aspartate aminotransferase) and ALT (alanine aminotransferase) levels in the blood can indicate liver damage or inflammation. While diclofenac, the active ingredient in Acleofenac, is primarily associated with gastrointestinal side effects, including liver damage in rare cases, it's not usually known to significantly elevate liver enzymes like AST and ALT. However, many factors can contribute to elevated liver enzyme levels, including medications, alcohol consumption, viral infections (like hepatitis), obesity, and certain medical conditions.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.

You need not worry. It does not deranged your liver enzymes. Enzymes are little elevated. It becomes significant only if levels are more than 200.
