Herpes or whiteheads
Please tell me if its herpes or what. One doctor said these are normal white heads under the foreskin of penis. Nobody is helping. Please clear this.

Hi.. herpes genitalis will have blister like lesion( water filled) and can form ulcers (wounds) which is painful..so will need details about its duration and whether it's painful..
