Hi,
i tested myself for Herpes infection and the test i done is hsv 2 igm and hsv 2 igg test after 90 days of exposure, and hsv2 igm is positive with 47.64 Au/mL and hsv 2 igg is negative with 0.54 ratio.
so i am confused is it herpes infection or something else bcoz i have read that hsv 2 igg antibody is important to produce and it produces by 4-6 weeks after infection
but my hsv igg is still negative after 90 days
so my hsv igm is false positive ???? and why is it false positive?
and do i have herpes infection or not.?
