Hello, thanks for the information,,but in my advise you shouldn't take any medication without consulting a physician,,especially,in case of hepar sulph like medicine ,,which we don't use directly incase of toothache complaints..bcs,we have many more selected medicines of toothache, which can cure in one go ,instead of choosing hepar sulph..,But that's okay if you took the hepar sulph,,there's is something I can recommend to you that,,you have already taken a selected dose of hepar sulph, and now it's time to discontinue the use, ..don't make it a long run,bcs if you take it again & again,it will harmful for you definately...so make it discontinue....For any further query, you can connect me directly online....Thanku stay healthy and aware 👍🏻😊

Hepar sulphur 30 is commonly used in homeopathy for tooth pain with pus formation and high sensitivity. It can help reduce infection and pain if the remedy matches the child’s  symptom similarities. However it is not advisable to take any medicine without consulting a doctor. Hepar Sulph can promote formation of pus to help in evacuation so it should be given only when Indicated if given otherwise yes it can cause other symptoms and can worsen the situation too. So do not give any medicine without consulting a doctor. Consult with your doctor for proper dosage of the medicine. To know more and for any other concerns you can call us or reach us online.

The effectiveness of the medicine depends on its similarity to the symptoms of the patient. Which we do not have so cannot tell you much. But if it is matching well then the results are very fast and lasting.

Tooth pain with pus in a 3-year-old child suggests dental infection, which requires immediate evaluation by a pediatric dentist. Homeopathic medicines like Hepar sulph may help symptomatically in selected cases, but they should not be continued blindly or for long without proper examination. Please do not rely only on medicines. Dental assessment is essential to prevent spread of infection. Homeopathic treatment, if needed, should be individualized after consultation.

Thank you for your question. Hepar sulphur 30 is commonly indicated in cases where there is tooth pain with sensitivity and suppurative (pus-forming) tendency, especially when the child is irritable and pain worsens on touch or cold exposure. However, in a 3-year-old child, the dose, repetition, and duration of any medicine should be very carefully monitored. Giving 5 drops three times daily for a prolonged period is generally not advised without supervision, especially in children. Regarding your questions: • The medicine may help reduce pain and suppuration if correctly indicated • It should not be continued indefinitely • Once pain reduces or there is clear improvement, the medicine usually needs to be stopped or spaced • Homoeopathic medicines are generally safe when used appropriately, but unnecessary repetition or prolonged use without guidance should be avoided, particularly in children Also, if there is visible pus, swelling, or persistent pain, a pediatric dental evaluation is important, as dental infections may require local treatment in addition to supportive medicines. I would strongly advise not continuing the medicine on your own and instead opting for a proper consultation, where the child’s symptoms, constitution, and dental condition can be assessed and the treatment adjusted safely. Wishing your child a quick and comfortable recovery.
Next Steps
A brief consultation will help ensure the medicine is appropriate and safe for your child’s age and condition.
Health Tips
• In young children, medicines should never be continued for long periods without review, even if they are homoeopathic • Improvement usually means the medicine needs to be reduced or stopped, not continued automatically • Presence of pus, swelling, or persistent pain indicates the need for proper evaluation, as medicines alone may not address the underlying cause • Avoid self-medication and fixed dosing schedules, especially in children, as repetition depends on response, not routine • Watch closely for worsening pain, fever, facial swelling, refusal to eat, or increased irritability, and seek medical care if these appear • Maintain gentle oral hygiene, avoid very cold or sweet foods, and do not apply heat over any swelling • Homoeopathic medicines are generally safe when used correctly, but unnecessary repetition or prolonged use without guidance should be avoided

Hepar Sulph 30 can help in absorbing the pus and also helps in reducing the pain. You can stop giving the medicine once the pain starts to subside and the child starts feeling better. When used correctly and judiciously, there will not be any side effects for this medicine but prolonged usage without medical supervision can lead to adverse effects. So please keep in touch with your Homeopath.
Health Tips
If the pain doesn't subside, it is always better to take an expert opinion.

Hepar sulphur is commonly used in homoeopathy when there is pain with suppuration (pus formation), so it is understandable that it was given. However, when a 3-year-old child has tooth pain with pus near the nerve, it usually indicates a dental infection or abscess, which needs dental evaluation. Important points: • If pus is present, it means there is active infection. • This often requires treatment by a pediatric dentist (sometimes drainage or tooth care). • Delaying dental treatment can lead to swelling, fever, spread of infection, or damage to the permanent tooth underneath. Regarding the medicine: • Hepar sulphur itself is generally safe in homoeopathic potency. • but It should not be continued for many days without professional supervision.
Next Steps
Continue medicines only if advised by a qualified doctor after assessing the severity. If the child develops facial swelling, fever, difficulty eating, or increased pain, seek immediate dental care.

In homeopathy, a medicine works only when the symptoms closely match the remedy picture. Hepar sulphur helps only if the child’s symptoms are similar (severe pain, sensitivity, pus formation, irritability, worse from touch or cold). If the symptom similarity is not correct, the medicine will not act, or may give only temporary relief. That is why individualised medicine is important—the remedy, potency, and repetition must be selected according to the child’s total symptoms, not just the diagnosis. Duration: It should be given for 2–3 days only. If there is no clear improvement, it should not be continued. Side effects: No toxic side effects, but wrong or prolonged use may aggravate symptoms or delay proper treatment.
Health Tips
I would suggest u to consult to a genuine homoeopath so you could get the desired result medicines mentioned above one of the used medicines for your condition But it’s effect can differ for different patient as per their individuality so I’ll advice u to get more precised medicine for complete cure of Your’s with a homoeopath if you have already done it and got this medicine by a homoeopath then it is a good decision otherwise if not done this then I will advice u to get more precised medicine for complete cure of Your’s with a homoeopath u feel like cosulting with Can also consult me if you feel like doing

Hello. Repitition of dose won't work as every remedy has a specific time of action. And is advised to not disturb the process while the remmledy is still working. If your child is still experiencing pain even after taking medicine then correct evaluation of problem and perfectly selected remedy is needed. For the same, CONSULT ME THROUGH PRACTO.
