Bartholin cyst
I have got reoccurring Bartholin abscess and i am taking hepar sulphur 30 .. 1 tab every 3 hours .. still no relief ... in extreme pain because of the size of abscess

Start having:
Silicea 6x four tablets four times a day
Hekla lava 6x four tablets four times a day
Hepar sulph 30 four pills four times a day
Take hekla lava 6x two tablets and crush them and make a paste by mixing then with water. You can apply it externally if it's visible but don't apply inside vagina.
Also, do sitz bath :
At least thrice a day, try to sit in a tube of warm water for 10 minutes. It will reduce pain and help in pus drainage.
Do warm fomentation of the area.

Your case needs to be studied in detail. Bartholin cyst is due to recurrent glandular infection of the inner and outer lip of vagina.
The tendency of the gland to get infected...needs to be treated.
It needs to be treated by an expert Homeopathic physician asap.
