Hepaptitis B
Hi dr, I m 33 yrs old and my weight 79kg, 3 yr back I diagnose with hepatitis B. Today  I had fibrocan test in BMS hospital and it shows 8.3 as I know normal is 7.3 and my LFT is normal sgot is 18 and sgpt 36 and HBV viral load show 57050. What should take the next, am I suggested to take the treatment. Plz suggest

Your viral load is high .. please do Hbeag test, and consult a medical gastroenterologist so that he can start you on anti viral therapy . You'll also need liver  protective medicines to prevent further fibrosis and cirrohis. Make sure your close relativrs are also tested for hep B and if negative, should be vaccinated immediately.
