Anal fissures are often mistaken for haemorrhoids if not examined properly.
You need to visit a medical doctor, preferably a general or anal surgeon.
Make sure you are not suffering from constipation as it will further worsen your condition. If such is the case you should take stool softners like liquid paraffin etc in proper dose (depends on degree and severity).
