I had hemorrhoids surgery by an ayurvedic doctor 4 years ago. Developed anal stricture and fissures. Sphincterotomy done. But burning pain and sharp pain in anus nñpersists everyday. Sigmoidoscopy reports normal. Not on any medication currently.
