Hemorrhoids. Swelling in anal area
I have swelling in my outer anal area from last 30 days. There is no bleeding, or pain. Just a discomfort while sitting too long. It started after my 300 km bike ride. Also I had Diarrhea before that so then for IBS my Gastroenterologist doctor suggested one tablet which helped me a lot for IBS symptoms, but this anal swelling he had only given anovate cream which done nothing for swelling. My stools are always very soft. But now I am feeling very discomfort in anal area. Please give me suggestions on what to do or a simple treatment for this.. I think it's hemorrhoids.. I am attaching an image of it. Sorry for the gross image in advance.
