Insomnia can be due to many reasons. As u mentioned u got multiple thoughts during night, we need to evaluate for exact cause of insomnia. If it's primary insomnia then simple sleep hygiene will help.
Otherwise we need to treat the cause.

I understand ur difficulties. Treating insomnia with just sleeping pills will not help u. The cause of the insomnia needs to be determined. Usually depression and anxiety r the causes of insomnia at ur age. Many of the symptoms which u have mentioned are seen in people with depression and anxiety. Depression makes a person sensitive and irritable to things which they were able to tolerate before and can lead to interpersonal problems also. V would need to know few more details like ur sleep, hunger, energy levels, interest etc to give appropriate suggestions. Ur problems can easily be treated with counselling and if needed medications. Don't let ur problems affect ur personal or family life. Dont worry, u will b fine. U need a psychiatrist evaluation. I would be more than happy to consult u online through the Practo chat option. Best wishes for speedy recovery!!
