Heel pain for about two days

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Doctor for the past two days I'm having severe heel pain...I ve too much of cracks in my heel if I use soft doctor chappals for walking it s better...once my foot has a direct contact with floor I'm feeling immense pain...I'm a obese women...wat s d reason for my heel pain...my weight, or flooring or due to some other reasons please help me
