2 months back I started feeling pain in my right foot heel. The pain occurs only when I stand up after a long time of sitting and goes away as I walk. I walk 4 to 5 kms daily after dinner so I thought the pain was due to the uncomfortable shoes and will go away as I wear them more. But recently a few weeks back along with the heel pain I started feeling loss of balance. I feel like I am swaying or standing in a boat to be precise. I want to know are these two different issues or the same? Should I be worried about it ?

Wear soft sole comfortable shoes. Adding a silicon sole and wearing well padded footwear will help.
Keeping your foot in hot water and alternatively in cold water for 10minutes daily two times will help.
Add short Nsaid course.
