Heavy menstrual bleeding

Asked for Female, 27 Years

9-11-17 is my period date but heavy flow is there .i did my scan .right ovary enlarged with multiple cysts ovary volume 7.2×25mm amd endometrium thivk ness is 11.2mm.i used k-stat500 tab but no use ..what i do ?
