Hi dear Feeling of hangover can be neutralised by taking lemon juice And if u have nausea or acidity take tab pan d On empty stomach but if the chest pain persist then it's better to go to nearby hospital Take care

Chest pain could be because of acidity the medicine for which cannot be suggested as most of them are prescription drugs you can chew on digin /gelusil tablets one or two at a time dont consume more than 6 tabs per day. Rehydrate yourself well with* ORS (powder available in pharmacy)solution*,nimbu pani too should help .1 tablet of aspirin 325 mg can help mitigate some hangover symptoms
