  4. Heavy bleeding. Why so?

Heavy bleeding
I was having heavy period for 55 days in which my hb dropped from 13.6 to 8. Doctor prescribed primolut. After taking for 20 days i left. Now bleeding again. But after medicine on 1st day of bleeding i was in lot of pain and a lot of clotting excretion was there. Why so ?
