Dear sir..
I having heavy back pain about one week. Dr adviced to take xray for LS and found that L2, L3 - Osteophytes and L4,L5 are instability , is it curable? Kindly advice on it..

You got back pain for only one week. You had these x ray changes (osteophytes) are chronic (for long time). Please post the x rays here. Is there any leg pain. Most of the back pains are treated with physio and core back exercises.
