Heaviness in chess
Hello Doctor,
I feel heaviness in my chest after having meals. Sometimes it is associated with burps. Last year I was diagnosed with Allergic rhinitis as I was facing difficult in taking deep breaths due to wheat harvesting. From that time I often feel discomfort in chest especially at nights after taking dinner.
Kindly help.

Looking at your symptoms I have a strong suspicion that it is a condition called LPR which may be getting aggravated by your Allergic rhinitis. I can suggest the lifestyle modifications, treatment protocol and investigations that may be warranted in this condition
