Heart issues
Hi there ! My grandfather passed away a year or more ago, and I had earlier issues emotionally with a few feelings about the opposite sex, so the combined effect fell on my heart and it was numb for 5 minutes last year, which, through natural ways of life, walking in the morning, lime juice with honey and good food and avoidance of artificiality in food, I have overcome. Could someone tell me if psychological feelings can really hamper heart's health ? So that I could really be informed about it

Yes psychological problems like depressions and psychosis can have effect on every organ of the body in directly because depression and sadness specially if long term can lead to malnutrition and decreased functioning of all parts of the body leading to precipitation of infections or other latent chronic problems and exacerbation of complications
