Hearing muffled
Had loss of hearing in my right ear for a week and then developed to both ears having very muffled hearing for about 3 weeks now, very limited hear with speech but background noise tends to be stronger and clearer that close noise such as voices. Most pain during the first week but since then just occasional pain

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days. During recovery it is common to have change in quality of voice heard. Not much of treatment is required for this condition
