Hearing loss
I was exposed to heavy sound a year back and my right ear lost hearing. A tinnitus sound continuous always inside my ear. I am not able to know correct direction from where sound comes.

Hi Exposure to loud noise can cause sensorineural hearing loss. Hence to confirm this visit an ent specialist get your ears examined and do an audiometry  to confirm. Take the treatment accordingly. Regards
