Hearing Heart beat sound

Hello Doctor, My mother is hearing her heart beat sound which is not normal for her, this is her first experience, and we are taking it seriously. She is high blood pressure patient. Currently she has no signs of pain or suffering. But continous beating sound is discomforting her
