Start your day with a glass of warm water with lemon or 4–5 soaked raisins—it gives energy and helps cleanse your body. Never skip breakfast—have oats with milk, poha, upma, daliya, or egg toast. Add a fruit like banana or apple for extra energy. Include some protein in every meal—milk, curd, paneer, dal, chana, sprouts, or egg helps build strength. For lunch, have roti + sabzi + a small portion of rice + dal or curd. Use vegetables like spinach, bottle gourd, carrot, or pumpkin—they are full of nutrients. When you feel hungry in between, have a fruit, some nuts like almonds or walnuts, makhanas, or roasted chana instead of junk. Keep dinner light—roti + sabzi + curd or soup with salad is good. Drink 6–8 glasses of water daily—less water also causes tiredness and low energy. Start workout slowly—just 15–20 minutes walking, skipping, or stretching daily. Gradually your stamina will improve. Sleep by 9:30 or 10 PM. Avoid phone or TV at night—good sleep helps your body and mind recover. For a peaceful mind, try sitting in fresh air and doing deep breathing or short 5-minute meditation in the morning. Avoid junk food, cold drinks, chips, and too much sugar—they slow down your body and brain. Most importantly, keep pushing yourself—start with one small healthy habit daily. You will feel better day by day.
Next Steps
If you still feel tired all day, get your blood tests done—low vitamin D, B12, or iron can cause weakness.
