Headache since one week
Hello,
My mother-in-law is facing headache since last few days. Painkiller works only for few hours. The headache again starts. She is on ayurvedic medicine for knee pain and arthritis since last 4 months.
Kindly suggest any other medicine for headache.

Headache is the most common symptom that a human being has. And it has 150 causes. Please first seek a proper consultation with a General Physician in your area who can examine you physically and ask for some investigations. Then the treatment may be started.
A guess work treatment as the first line approach by tele-consultation will not help.

She could be suffering from high blood pressure. Do get it checked. Also other causes of frequent headaches are Migraine and stress related. Do routine check done. In the interim do give her Paracetamol 500 mgs as per requirement, good hydration and stress free environment. If BP is high then consult.
