Headache after vaccine
I took covid shield vaccine shot on 19th May.
I had very mild fever(99) for 2 days and mild headache.
On 24th again I had 100.4 fever and it reduced after taking paracetamol.
Today, (25th) I have mild headache without fever.

Take rest , paracetamol if needed headache should subside in few days but if fever rises again it's advisable to get tested for covid
