Headache after vaccine
I took covid shield vaccine shot on 19th May. I had very mild fever(99) for 2 days and mild headache. On 24th again I had 100.4 fever and it reduced after taking paracetamol. Today, (25th) I have mild headache without fever.

Take rest , paracetamol if needed headache should subside in few days but if fever rises again it's advisable to get tested for covid

After vaccination these are the most common symptoms seen take tab paracetamol 650mg 3 times a day for 3 days
